Felt is a traditional flat roofing material that offers a practical and cost-effective option, especially for straightforward flat roof areas. We use modern approaches and materials to install felt systems that will provide excellent weather resistance and durability.
We install new flat roofs using EPDM or felt, depending on the building, budget and preferred finish. We prepare the deck, fit the chosen roof covering, form the edges and outlets, and complete the roof with suitable trims and weatherproofing details.

We strip back tired or failing flat roof coverings and replace them with a new EPDM or felt system. We check the roof deck, replace damaged boards where needed, and install a new covering with properly finished edges and drainage points.
We repair or replace edge trims, roof outlets, upstands, corners and drainage details. We secure loose sections, reseal vulnerable points and help prevent water from sitting on the roof or entering the building.
