We work with

uPVC Soffits and Fascias

hardwood, stained wood, wood, indoors, interior design, drawer

uPVC soffits and fascias provide a clean, low-cost and low-maintenance roofline finish. They do not need regular painting and are well suited to homeowners who want a practical, long-lasting option. They can look less traditional than timber on some older properties, but they offer strong everyday performance and easy upkeep.

Timber Soffits and Fascias

wood, hardwood, stained wood, plywood, indoors, interior design

Timber soffits and fascias give a traditional finish and can suit period homes, cottages and properties where original character matters. Timber can be repaired, shaped and painted to match the property. Periodic maintenance (such as repainting) will keep timber soffits looking good and performing well for many years.

What we do

Soffit or Fascia Replacement

We remove worn, rotten or damaged fascia boards or soffits and replace them with new uPVC or timber boards. We create a stronger fixing point for the guttering and improve the appearance of the roof edge. We finish the underside of the roof overhang neatly and help protect the roof structure from weather, pests and deterioration.

Roofline Repairs

We repair loose, cracked, rotten or damaged soffit and fascia sections where full replacement is not needed. We secure weak areas, replace affected sections and make the roofline sound again.

Ventilation Improvement

We install or replace ventilated soffits where the roof space needs better airflow. This can help reduce the risk of trapped moisture while keeping the roof edge properly finished.

We work in Long Stratton all year round

We serve most postcodes including NR15.

In Long Stratton, detached and semi-detached homes dominate, with an older conservation-area spine on the A140 and later west-side estates. That mix can mean matching slate or pantile repairs on older roofs and chimneys, while planning scaffold and deliveries around main-road frontages; on estate houses, tiled pitches and extension junctions need close checks at valleys, abutments and gutters.
